Configure the extensions/TLDs you wish to offer
We have produced a video guide covering configuring domain pricing.
Scroll down to read the illustrated guide below.
Configuring the domain extensions and pricing, allow you to sell domain names via WHMCS.
First, navigate to Setup > Products/Services > Domain Pricing
The very last row displayed in the TLD list will be the area in which you type the new extension you would like to add. For this example, we will be adding the domain .co as shown below.
After selecting any desired options such as DNS Management, Email Forwarding, or ID Protection. If an EPP Code is required to transfer this TLD, be sure to tick the EPP code box as well.
Click Save Changes
The Auto Registration will automatically attempt to register the domain with the chosen registrar upon payment. Above we are choosing to use the Enom registrar module.
If this setting is configured to None, domain registrations would need to be performed manually by accepting the order and selecting the Registrar at that time.
The domain extension has now been added. Next configure the pricing:
Click Open Pricing button found immediately to the right of the extension:
On the window that pops up, tick the Enable button for any pricing intervals you wish to set. In our case, we will be specifying pricing for 1, 2, and 3 year terms.
Fill out your desired pricing and choose Save Changes.
That's it! Your WHMCS is now setup to sell the extension you just setup and provided pricing for!
