Require Clients to Accept Terms and Conditions

It may be desirable or necessary to require a client to indicate they have read and agree to a terms and conditions of service document before they are permitted to place an order.

To do this:


1. Navigate to Configuration > System Settings > General Settings (Setup > General Settings in WHMCS 7.10 and earlier).

2. Click the Ordering tab.

3. Check the Enable TOS Acceptance checkbox.

4. In the Terms of Service URL field, enter the URL of your terms of service document.

5. Click Save Changes.

Clients will now be required to check the checkbox to indicate they agree to the terms. A user account cannot be created, and an order cannot be placed, without  the user checking a box to confirm their agreement to your Terms of Service:
