Navigate to Setup > General Settings > Localisation tab

Enable the Dynamic Field Translations option

Now you can edit the products and begin to enter the translated names and descriptions.

Navigate to Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services and click the edit icon next to your product

Click the Translate button next to the product name and description fields

In the modal popup which appears, enter your translations

Finally click Save Changes
