Invoice emails not sent via Add Payment and Refund tabs

Symptom

After updating to WHMCS 8.10.1, confirmation emails are not sent to Clients when using the Add Payment or Refunds an invoice via the View invoice interface in the WHMCS Admin Area.

Solution

Please update to v8.11.0 or above to resolve this issue.

Workaround

  1. From the View invoice interface, click Edit Invoice.
  2. Use the Add Payment or Refund tabs in the Edit invoice interface.

Emails are sent successfully when performing the actions in the Edit invoice interface.
