WHMCS version 8.0 now supports accounts and users in a new end-user login management system. Accounts own services for a given entity. A single user can then manage multiple accounts.

Sub-Accounts with passwords have been migrated to Users; they can continue to login and do all the same account activities as in v7 and earlier.

Sub-accounts without passwords have been migrated to Contacts; they will not be able to login as in v7 and earlier

Contacts remain unchanged and will receive email notifications and may submit tickets via email as in v7 and earlier
