Troubleshooting Credit Card Charges Not Occurring
After applying the 7.9.0 update and placing an order, client credit cards may not be charged.
This occurs when Retry Every Week For is greater than 0. This setting is at Configuration > System Settings > Automation Settings in WHMCS 8 and later and at Setup > Automation Settings in WHMCS 7.10 and later.
Change the setting to 0 or check Attempt Only Once on the same page.
Apply the 7.9.1 Maintenance Release via Utilities > Update WHMCS.
