Troubleshooting GoCardless Pay Methods


After applying the 7.8.3 update, two types of Pay Methods may appear on a client's Summary tab when they had recently been paying exclusively with GoCardless:

  • Credit Card
  • Bank Account


This situation occurs when stale credit card information is present in the client's record - such as the last four digits of a credit card number, cart type or expiry date - in addition to the GoCardless mandate.


We are releasing a hot-fix patch which introduces logic to more elegantly handle this scenario. It is available for download from:
