Troubleshooting File Migration Hanging
After applying the 7.7.0 update, and using the new Storage Settings feature to automatically migrate support ticket attachments to a remote location, the process may hang at a particular percentage. Canceling and attempting the migration again hangs at the same percentage.
Additional logic is required to handle a single ticket message with multiple attachments.
