Troubleshooting Domain Synchronisation not occurring after Update
After applying the WHMCS 7.6.1 update, domain expiration and next due dates may longer be updated to match the value held by the domain registrar automatically. The Domain Synchronization Report email is no longer received by administrators.
A change to the scheduler which determines when the new domain synchronization task should be triggered resulted in the task never being triggered.
A hotfix has been created which will resolve this by correcting the scheduler logic. It can be downloaded from:
Once the hotfix is applied, the domain synchronization will function without further action.
